After being here for a while and getting a little more settled in I started to notice my sweet tooth was calling me. Being in the indulgent mood I gave in and made the first thing that I could find that looked easy and irresistible. These bars just so happened to fit the bill and oh my goodness were they good. D is not so much into chocolate or sweets the same as I am so unfortunately (it wasn’t that unfortunate) I had to eat them all. I thought to share with his work but once I tasted them decided they were better off staying home with me.

I am not a huge chocolate fan as most people know, so I was worried they might be a little too much for me. But I think my love of all things Oreo easily balanced it out. These bars were super easy to make and baked up nice and quick. If you’re looking for something fun and easy or even to just help clean out the pantry give them a try.
