This was a huge week for BB. She took her first steps!! There is a post coming about that with a video and all if you haven’t already heard the news through social media. She is changing so fast. She is blossoming into her own person right before our eyes.

She loves to …

• Play with her bird mobile
• Walk around using walls and anything she can for assistance
• Play with R
• Play with D
• Empty her toy bucket
• Empty the cabinets
• Play chase
• Play with other kids
• Chew on things
• Eat
• Imitate D and I
• Crawl all over us
• Walk while holding our hands
• Be outside
• Trying and push the buttons on the computer!

She is not so much a fan of …

• Waking up (she is like a teenager in the morning)
• Be limited on what she can do
• Be stuck inside
• Leaving D in the morning or really at all

Overall she is a really happy baby. She has her moments, of course and there are tough days but we really lucked out with a very easy going and happy baby. However, she is very set in her ways and she knows what she wants. I think they call it strong willed, yes.

We recently went and checked out Turf for Tots which is something D suggested we check out when we first moved here. We went with a friend of ours and her daughter and BB had a blast! It is an indoor track with turf on the interior and they put out all sorts of toys for littles to play on. BB pushed a little toy car around for about an hour. She just did laps back and forth and back and forth. As soon as this monkey figures out standing up on her own and masters this walking thing she is going to hit the ground running (quite literally).

We are so proud of her and she is picking up on things really fast.
