BB is so very busy. She is quite the talker these days as does she love to cruise around on everything or walk while holding our hands. This last week she had some very special visitors come up, her grandparents! After getting used to seeing them everyday again she was having a blast. I think she enjoyed being out of the house every day and almost all day. She loved having people sit in the back seat with her and her grandpa made sure she was having fun.

This week BB liked …

• Practicing walking
• Eating TONS of fish
• Exploring Juneau
• Playing in the rain
• Talking
• Playing with her grandparents
• Shoe shopping with her grandpa
• Eating cookies (Arrowroot cookies)
• Napping
• Crawling everywhere
• Reading books
• Unloading cabinets, toy box, anything

She was not a fan of…

I honestly can’t think of anything that really stood out to me that she strongly disliked

Overall it was a very good visit with my parents and a reminder of just how much we miss having our families close. My dad had a lot of fun with BB and I know it was good for them to hang out.

BB is so independant. She knows what she wants and will fight to get it. We were walking with my parents to go see the Salmon running, or trying as it is basically the end of the season, and we let her walk on the way there and she kept getting really distracted. Eventually I just picked her up and she did not like that. She screamed and tried to wiggle out of my arms every time. I was a little surprised by this but I guess since she is so independant I shouldn’t have been!

We had a very busy week and are still working on recovering… I have a lot to catch up on and hopefully (if she will stay asleep longer than 20 mins at a time I will get caught up in the next couple days before I forget!)
