After church D asked if I had my camera and if I would be interested in going and taking some pictures. My answers were yes and yes. We took advantage of the beautiful weather and went out to the Shrine of St. Terese. This is a beautiful little spot that is about 20 miles out the road. The scenery alone is worth the trip, but the peaceful atmosphere and opportunity for some quality, uninterrupted time with our family was the biggest draw.
The unfortunate part of always taking pictures is that I forget more often than not that I need to charge the camera. So, of course it died as we were just getting into our groove and having fun. That didn’t stop us, fortunately we have phones that take pretty awesome pictures. As we were leaving we saw whales in the distance! I am still always in awe of this beautiful place we live.
This post has tons of photos and this isn’t even probably half of them! I love the ones with BB and D because unlike some of the other photos I get of BB these are totally candid and just in the moment. They show some of the more real life with a toddler and a goof ball husband! Her hat was too big and it was a bit of a struggle the whole time. Also yes you do see that right D underestimated the size of the snow bank and depth of the snow and with BB in his arms (she loved it) fell right in. I almost fell over laughing!

I love all of those pictures.. It looks so cold though. I love the Shrine. Thank you for sharing all of these great pictures..
