This week in photos

This week was incredibly busy!! One day I had three babies and it was surprisingly smooth. Additionally, we had amazing weather, sunshine and clear skies!! It was like a taste of summer!

Speaking of sunshine shadows are an intriguing thing, especially when you only see yours occasionally! BB kept trying to step on my shadow and would dance with her own!
Some days are less amazing than others. There are days when everyone just needs a little extra cuddles. Those days are good too, just a little harder on mom because holding a baby and doing things like cooking and cleaning are a little challenging!  BB is quick! I was making dinner and she grabbed the bag of chips (veggie straws) and was munching away. I figured that she could splurge a little since she already ate most of her dinner.
Saturday we made a special breakfast just because. It was a snowy morning and we had banana blueberry pancakes and raspberry vanilla oatmeal. It was fun to make an extra special breakfast for my group. Even if I am the only one that truly appreciates breakfast.   BB makes a strong fashion statement!
Remember the skate park? We love it! BB learned that she can slide down the ramps and we spent almost two hours sliding down the ramps with our friends.
BB is always going her own way…
Also BB has been all about sharing lately. She makes sure everyone gets their fair share. The other night at dinner it took her over an hour to eat dinner because every bite she offered it to me, then to D, and then would take a tiny nibble and repeat. We are grateful to have such a caring daughter and it is sweet she is so considerate of others.

With this nice weather we were able to go out and see the northern lights. D told me to go and he would stay home with BB while she slept. It was a little weird being out there alone and I caught the end of the first show and left about 20 minutes before the second show started. I have a lot to work on with taking pictures of the Aurora but it’s still exciting every time I get to.

I used to take care of 5 kids at one time. I found it to be so much easier than having just one. They entertain each other and learn to share. I used to take them out every day. We would have lunch at the park and run like crazy. Then when I brought them home they would be so tired that once I bathed them all they would lay down to rest and all fall asleep at the same time.. I learned a lot from all of the kids.. I know how busy they keep you, and it takes a special kind of person To be able to do it.. So I am glad that you enjoy it..

Seems at night when the kids were all gone, or Friday’s when my week was finally over. I went nuts when I was with an adult. I never talked to Any adults only kids. My kids were grown and I had my grandkids and 3 of Patsy’s.. I even had Dom one day when T.L had to take a class at ASU. One more never made it any harder.

Enjoy they grown so fast. One thing I did learn was that all of the kids I Watched still remember all the things we did, the songs we sang, everything. It is a rewarding job… Kids really do love you…

Enjoy and love your photos and blogs.. Aunt Lydia Sent from my iPad
