Matchers! These two love each other so much!
D loves to throw BB around and she always squeals with delight when he does! and asks for more!
D was pretending to sleep and BB jumped in on it! She loves to play with D!
On Saturday D and I ran a 5k with our good friends. The race was called, “Only Fools run at Midnight” and the race started at midnight. There was a costume contest before hand and we all dressed as Forget-Me-Not’s Alaska’s state flower! We won runner up which was ironically a swag bag with a bunch of stuff from D’s work! We thought that was kind of silly!! Running a 5k at midnight was quite the adventure! My friend has 4 kiddos and the oldest boys did awesome running with us! BB happily sat in her stroller most of the ride until we started running into the rain. It was just getting dark when we started. This run started to get me excited about running again and I have officially started a half marathon training program! Eek! We will see how that goes!

BB has shown a great interest in babies and taking care of dolls or stuffed animals so we got her first doll and she has loved it! Although I think she takes babysitting a little too literally!!
She has such a caring heart. She is so interested in caring for others and sharing and making sure everyone’s needs are met.

She still likes wearing her capes!
It’s so fun to see BB picking up on what we are doing. It’s amazing how much she absorbs. Also she is really strong!!
We got a few good sunny days so we hit the beach!

The trial run for the costume!
Lately BB has been putting everything in her shirt. Here she was getting really frustrated because they ball she was putting in her dress kept falling out the bottom. We ended up going for our entire walk with four different balls in her shirt… I choose my battles.
We found a gem of a play area, the turf football field at the high school. There are huge tires that when I get crazy I move for them and then just open space to run. We bring balls and basically just let the kids run wild. They have a blast!
BB has been wearing my flip flops a lot. This time she basically dressed herself and I have a feeling these outfits are going to be a new regular soon! She put a shirt over her PJ’s, a cape, one of my socks, and flip flops…. she’s going to start a new fashion trend among the toddlers!

BB as you call her is so adorable….
