There is so much to love about BB and I want to remember all these little things she does forever because it is what makes this age the best!
Every morning when she wakes up lately the first thing she will tell me is, “dream, mine dream _______” I love that she tells me that she had a dream, wether or not she really understand what dreams are! She is always so excited and proud of it too!
D taught her how to climb into her crib and so every night before bed she climbs in. The over the rail and into the crib action is still a bit uncontrolled and so she flops in and then stands right up with the biggest smile of pride that she did it!
For a very long time D would put Nora to bed and read her stories, it was my favorite part of the night and I think he really enjoyed it too, but lately she has wanted me to read to her and she tells Dom he should stay in the living room and eat more.

We got a huge box from Costco to carry all our groceries and once we got it home it instantly became BB’s box. She has eaten every meal in that box, she plays in the box and it keeps all her favorite things safe!

BB’s vocabulary has exploded she talks in full sentences and is always telling us something. I love this stage of her talking because she is so excited that she can tell us what is on her mind and often in the excitement she either stumbles over her words or gets stuck and it’s the cutest thing ever!
I’ve been trying to teach her a few Spanish words just for fun and she is so interested in trying to say what I tell her and sometimes it’s just a mouthful of marbles but sometimes it’s spot on! She can count to three, say one more, and say I love you. We’ve been working slowly…
She is always so excited when D gets home.
I love that she shy when she is in the spotlight.
I love that she is fearless, socially, emotionally, and physically. She loves new people, the more people the better. She is not afraid to just jump in playingnwith kids much older than her and she loves it! She also loves so unconditionally, and feels things so strongly. I love that she hasn’t learned or felt like she has to suppress all those very real emotions I hope she never does. And physically… terrifies me but I love that she isn’t held back by fear, there is very little that I know she is afraid of.
Lately she has been all about vacuuming, she asks me every morning to vacuume up the living room and she gets so excited when I pull the vacumme out! Anytime there is a fluff of dog hair or a stray leaf she begs me to vacumme.
BB loves pizza. She wakes up asking for pizza, and goes to bed asking for pizza. I’ve gotten creative with what I call pizza now! Cheese quesadilla = cheese pizza and I throw either scrambled eggs or chicken or beans and rice into that and she happily eats her pizza. Of course she loves real pizza too!
She loves to run and jump everywhere.
Lately we’ve been playing puppies and she loves wagging her tail.
Anytime BB thinks someone is sleeping or wants them to play she says wake up! When I close my eyes while we cuddle or nurse she always says wake up mommy!
Anytime we go anywhere or D or I leave she will say, “be back”.
She has learned to say, “This way” and so she decides on walks which way we go.
