BB has always been so inclusive and she is always so kind to help do our hair once she’s had her turn. D is so patient and such a good dad letting her do his hair!
I have been loving driving around sunrise and sunset every day especially since it’s been so clear. This is the moon rising over the mountains just as the sky turned sherbet orange…. magic! Also fun fact, the tower up there is one of the towers D got to work on while working at the Radio station, that is the top of our federal building… pretty neat!
BB loves my office, and is quite comfortable there, this sitting quiet is not usual but it was really sweet to look up and see this sweetheart!
I love that smile!! Also please note the sock on her hand…
BB has been doing a lot of silly things lately, this was one of them. She ate her entire dinner with a sock on her hand… whatever helps it go down is cool with me!
This was toward then end, I was laughing so hard that she was so determined to keep that silly sock on!
Post dinner flips
We got a surprise package from BB’s Nina and Nino. If you haven’t already go check out their fitness website! It’s a great resource and their “mascot” is pretty dang cute!
BB and D playing after breakfast. Earlier this week my grandmother, BB’s great grand mother passed away, this was our last breakfast together with D for a week as BB and I traveled back to AZ to be with family. D had obligations at work that he could not get out of and so sadly we had to spend a week apart.
D and BB saying goodbye at the airport. She didn’t quite understand why he wasn’t coming with us and actually insisted that he was just racing us.
What most kids do….
What our kid does…
Short people problems!
BB is quite the character!
You know, just reading my magazine mom!
pretending to fly, while in the airplane
I only caught our reflection, it felt really weird being without D in the airport but BB was happy as a clam dancing away. She was so excited to ride the escalator!
She was also a huge fan of the train. We might have rode it around and around a few times! She liked to sit on the bench and would tell me to hold on for safety!
Just being her typical monkey self!
