BB is so grown up!! If you didn’t know, I have stick straight hair, only after a year of living in Juneau where it is really humid has it started to get any indication of the tiniest wave. BB on the other hand has these beautiful curls that up until this week (after 2+ years of doing it wrong) did we figure out how to care for them best!
Now that we know her curls are curlier than ever and so stunning!! (these photos don’t look anything like BB, how strange)
Bad photo but do you see those ringlets???
Look at those curls! I wish I knew what I know now sooner!
There is a local pizza place that we go to often that has arcade type games and BB and D love to play every time! It was so cute watching them play this racing game. BB was having the time of her life!
Guess who’s here!! Nana and Tata got here Friday and we were so excited to get to spend some time with them. BB especially!
This evening Nana was reading her bed time story and BB was following along in her own book. It was so stinking cute to see her acting so grown up!!
At dinner BB just started to cuddle up to her Tata. She was so cute stealing all his attention and loving on him. I am sure he didn’t mind! After all he did end up sharing a lot of their desert with her!!

When Nana and Tata send you and the man on a date and you come home to a well organized toy situation, and the sound of storied being read up stairs. We really love having Nana and Tata here!
While they were here we got a lot of snow! It snowed almost every day they were here! That meant a LOT of shoveling!! BB was always very eager to help shovel and her Tata even got her a new shovel so she could help even better!
We learned from last time and saying goodbye wasn’t nearly as hard on BB. However, the entire day she kept begging them not to leave. It breaks my heart to see how much our visitors love BB and how much we love them and to send them home. Especially now that BB understands what is going on. We distracted her with popcorn during the initial goodbye and while she was sad she was easily distracted with her yummy popcorn. The next couple mornings she would beg and cry to go see her Nana and Tata but we just had to promise we could see them soon!

So good to hear from you again. I want you to apologize to your mother-in-law for me. At your grandmothers funeral mass she was waving at us. I am sorry to say I didn’t realize she was waving at us and I didn’t know who she was. I figured it out later. 🙃. Again, really great to follow your family in Juneau.
