BB  got a new bed for her birthday and it finally came in. It is really cool and she really likes it! It is crazy to think she is big enough to have a kid bed. When did this happen?There is a little cave underneath and while I cannot easily get under there D and BB go under and read books every night. It’s really sweet to watch them have their own secret time!BB loves the snow, and she also has been fighting us to wear a jacket… silly kiddo!We have family photos coming up and BB and I decided one evening while D was working late to make flower crowns incase we wanted to feel fancy. I have been wanting to make her a flower crown since this summer when we went to a princess party and they made some and she wore it for weeks until it broke. It was on a paper plate. I love that flower crowns are so totally BB.She loved it! Also when we went to the store to get the flowers and supplies BB brought her chore money and bought that cute pink dragon you see. BB has been so good about saving up her chore money for toys or things she wants. It was exciting to let her spend it, she was so cute and pulled each dollar and coin out and handed them to the cashier. Thankfully it wasn’t busy and the cashier was great and made a big deal out of it too.Again those two reading books in the cave!It is so beautiful and sunny some days but that also usually means it is freezing cold. I was taking photos and teasing the photographer with them.BB and I went to the holiday art walk and there were people playing hand bells. BB loved watching and dancing to the music. She also really enjoyed the food they were handing out.We added lights under BB’s bed to make it even cooler!Sometimes you can’t take a break from a good book, not even for breakfast.BB insisted on wearing her flower crown basically everywhere we went after we made them. My favorite place was when we went to home depot to do the kids build day and she was wearing her orange apron and flower crown. I love doing the kids build days with BB. She always surprises me with how much she can do and her determination. I absolutely love these memories and skills we are building together! This was our last one just the two of us… Baby better be here by the next one!
