Sometimes BB finds treasures in our room…This particular evening BB made me a bed to sleep with her. Every evening lately, for a while she will ask me to sleep with her after first telling me I need to brush my teeth, put on my pj’s, and get my blanket and pillow. I have always told her that maybe once she falls asleep I will. I realize this is basically lying to her, and I don’t feel awesome about that but it worked. Not today, she made my heart feel like it was going to break and explode at the same time. She made me this special bed so I could sleep with her and we could cuddle all night. She is so thoughtful and kind of sneaky… She knows how to make my heart melt.BB showing us her awesome balancing skills while we waited to have brunch one morning.Dad, Help! Sometimes getting dressed on your own is tough!BB loves to dance, and she absolutely lives for our Friday Block parties. This one was on a beautiful sunny day and she was showing her dance moves! We convinced her she didn’t need 700 layers but she just couldn’t manage to part with the mittens… it was like 80 that day!Sunny days call for family naps! Even the dog got in on it! This was one of those moments when I could appreciate enough everything D does for us.
